Located at 11300 Bayview Avenue, north of Elgin Mills Road in Richmond Hill, HTS is idyllically situated on 37 wooded acres on the Oak Ridges Moraine.
Facilities
46 classrooms, a 360-seat theatre, state-of-the-art Music Department, Art Department with Mac labs, 2 libraries and 400-seat Dining Hall. Separate facilities for Junior and Middle/Senior School, with 3 gyms, 3 playing fields, 4 tennis courts and an outdoor classroom, as well as a 12-acre woodlot with nature trail.
Technology on Campus
Wireless internet access, Lower School Mac computer lab, COW (Computers on Wheels) carts for JK - 8, classroom sets of iPads, SMART Board equipped classrooms.
At HTS, the function of IT is to expand learning opportunities, maximize
teaching efficiencies and effectiveness, and facilitate communication
between parents, students and faculty. Furthermore, our use of IT
develops in HTS students the technological proficiency to be successful
in the 21st century.
