We’d like to give our new students and all students entering Grades 6, 7 and 9, an opportunity to come into the building before the first day of school to acquaint themselves with their classrooms and personal spaces such as lockers and cubbies. Most importantly, we students to meet their teachers and Division Heads, and ask any questions they may have. There is also a virtual option for part of the orientation for those who are unable to participate in-person on campus.

We are hosting our Opening Ceremony in-person for students and staff and virtually for parents on Friday, September 17, from 9:15am to 11:15am. This annual event will be hosted by our Head of School, Ms Helen Pereira-Raso.
Highlights of the ceremony will include:
Honouring our students' academic achievements of the last school year
Acknowledging our 2021-2022 Lifers
Inducting the 2021-2022 Prefects
Inducting students into Grades 1, 6, 7 and 9. Students in these grades will be presented with their school tie.
Parents, you are encouraged to participate in the Father Bob Run by jogging or running through your neighbourhood! Be sure to snap a photo or two and tag us on social media so we can cheer you on from the virtual sidelines!
This year’s Father Bob Run is next week with each division running at different times throughout the day in staggered start times for each grade!
Lower School: 1:30pm to 3:10pm Middle School: 9:15am to 10:15am Senior School: 10:35am to 11:30am
Students should come to school dressed in their House t-shirt and HTS athletic bottoms. Please be sure your child brings a water bottle to school with them after the run. Snacks and refreshments will be provided to all students.
Please note, due to restrictions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, parents are not permitted on campus this year to cheer on their children.
