Lisa Chan

Lisa completed her B.A. (Hons) degree from University of Toronto and then started her career with TD Bank Group where she spent the first 10 years in the retail branch network, holding a variety of management positions.  She spent her next 12 years in Human Resources Compensation prior to joining OMERS.
 
As HR Operations Manager in OMERS, Lisa oversees the administration and operation of HR systems in OMERS and its subsidiaries. She and her team are responsible for initial implementation, on-going maintenance and vendor management of various HR applications including Human Resources Information System, Learning and Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, Compensation Management and Payroll. She completed Executive Compensation Governance Certificate with HR Professionals Association and PCP Certification with Canadian Payroll Association. She brings to the Board 16 years of experience in Human Resources.

Lisa started volunteering in HTS as a Lower School Library parent volunteer. She has also served on a committee since 2014, and this year she joins the Advancement Committee. Lisa and her husband Allen have a child, Alisha, who attends HTS.
