Lisa Chan

Lisa Chan is a Human Resources executive of Mattamy Asset Management. As the Payroll Director, she oversees the payroll team and is responsible for the accuracy and timely operation of the payroll function. Other accountabilities include identifying and implementing payroll/human resources process improvements. She is also involved in setting goals and strategies supporting Mattamy and all its subsidiaries in Canada and the United States.

Lisa completed her BA (Hons) degree from the University of Toronto. She started her career with TD Bank Group and subsequently held various management positions in OMERS and Royal Bank of Canada, prior to her current role with Mattamy.  She completed the Executive Compensation Governance Certificate with the HR Professionals Association and the

PCP Certification with the Canadian Payroll Association. She brings to the Board 20 years of experience in Human Resources.

Lisa started volunteering in HTS as a Lower School Library parent volunteer. She has also served on a Board committee since 2014 and is currently on the Strategy Committee. Lisa and her husband Allen have a child, Alisha, who attends HTS.
