Hannah Tuplin is a Grade 8 student who created a white fit n’ flare dress with a red-speckled bottom. The dress is made of a material similar to canvas and features a mural on the back, inspired by the movie Watership Down.
Throughout her experience, Hannah learned the importance of patience and attention to detail. Her favourite part of the process was hand sewing hooks and eyes onto her dress and seeing her final product come together. Her advice to future participants is to laser cut your pattern as pinning and cutting your pattern takes a lot of time!
