Rob Wittmann has over 35 years of experience in financial services and capital markets, with a focus on payments, foreign exchange and interest rate trading. His consulting practice provides C-suite advisory services to American and Canadian fintech companies and banks on the oversight and implementation of firm-wide strategic plans, governance, new product development, and in the guidance and oversight of acquisitions, including due diligence, regulatory approvals and integration.
Rob is the past President and CEO of Jameson Bank, and a founding partner of Knightsbridge Foreign Exchange Inc. He previously led the North American commercial foreign exchange division of Travelex Americas, and was also a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets for over 15 years, responsible for their global foreign exchange trading and sales platform. He is past president of The Financial Markets Association, past member of the Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee, and former Chair of The Canadian Committee for Professionalism.
Rob has been a member of the HTS Board of Governors since 2014, and Board Chair since 2015, chairing several Committees during this time. Rob and his wife Donna have four adult children who have all graduated from HTS as “lifers.” As well as chairing or sitting on the boards of several other not-for-profit organizations, Rob enjoys cottage life, travel and keeping active.
