Gordana teaches in the Economics Department at York University, where her areas of specialization are statistics, econometrics and health economics.
Gordana received her BSc from the University of Waterloo, her BA, MA and PhD from York University, and post-doctorates from York University and from McMaster University. Her work has been published in leading academic journals including Econometric Theory and Computational Statistics.
Gordana has served on committees since 2014, and most recently joined the Governance & Nominations Committee. She and her husband David have two children, Alexandra and Kate, one of whom attends HTS. Gordana enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading and staying active.
