Summer Camp

HTS Camps strives to offer a wide variety of safe, educational and fun-filled activities for children of all ages.
We encourage our campers to be enthusiastic participants, and we will challenge each camper to be their best. In addition to high-quality instruction of each individual camp’s theme, our HTS Camp staff are passionate about teaching core values such as respect, teamwork, compassion and honour; enabling each camper to be better citizens in their community.

Week 1: Monday June 22, to Friday, June 26
Week 2: Monday, June 29, to Friday, July 3 (80% of cost due to 4 day week)
Week 3: Monday, July 6, to Friday, July 10
Week 4: Monday, July 13, to Friday, July 17
Week 5: Monday, July 20, to Friday, July 24
Week 6: Monday, July 27, to Friday, July 31
Camp drop-off is between 8:45am and 9:00am. Camp pick-up is between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. Extended Care is available for all campers for a fee of $62 per child/week, and can be paid for online. Extended Care drop-off begins at 7:45am and pick-up is anytime before 5:45pm.

    HTS is pleased to announce a partnership with Nike Basketball! Regardless of skill level, Nike Basketball will assist players in taking their game to the next level.   • AlphaBesties Club

    HTS welcomes back an exciting summer enrichment program designed for students entering Kindergarten and Grade 1. This integrated literacy program will feature games, activities, songs, inquiries, explorations, art, technology and more. Get your little ones excited about learning and prepare them for the new challenges that await them in the upcoming school year. This program will focus on reading, letter recognition and phonemic awareness (letter sounds), as well as sight words to help foster your child’s increased interest in words and books. It will also assist in developing and maintaining the foundations of students’ literacy skills with a personalized and fun-filled approach.

  • Musical Theatre

    Campers will dance, sing and perform under the lights on stage in our theatre at this enthusiastic and dynamic camp. Our young talent will be able to "strut their stuff" by learning choreographed performance techniques, while singing to exciting themes such as The Sound of Music, Into the Woods and Pitch Perfect.

Job and Volunteer Opportunities

Application Forms:
Counsellor in Training (CIT) application forms are due by Thursday, April 30, 2020. Please note, students applying for CIT positions must have completed Grade 9 in order to be deemed eligible.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by the Camp Director, John Clement. Requests submitted prior to May 18, 2020, will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after May 18, 2020Please note, no cancellation fee will be charged if your request is submitted before Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Refunds will not be issued for camp days missed for any reason.

Program changes can be accommodated at any time, if space is available, by contacting the Camp Director. Additional costs will be charged to your account where applicable. For changes submitted after May 18, 2020, fee refunds resulting from program changes will be credited to your account, as there are no cash refunds. There will be $50 fee for any additional changes made to registration after June 10, 2020. Programs may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified if this is the case at the end of May.

Please allow four weeks for processing of refunds.
